We're less than one week away from Draft Day, Charger fans. As we approach the NFL Draft, we're starting to get an understanding of what the Chargers will do with their first-round pick... or do we?

The Bolts have the 21st overall pick in the first round, and many experts are giving their thoughts on what the Bolts should do with their selection. However, the Bolts' official Twitter account posted a clip of the Chargers Weekly Podcast and radio-play-by-play commentator Matt "Money" Smith and Chris Hayre. In the clip, Money gave his thoughts on how LA should approach the draft.

Smith's approach makes sense. This year's class is filled with talent, so the gap between a handful of players may not be much of a difference. Smith is simply giving his opinion there's no right or wrong way to do it, but could this be the Chargers telling us what they are going to do?

It could be. However, Chargers general manager Tom Telesco has never traded down in any round since taking over as GM for the Bolts in 2013. Telesco has traded up four times in his tenure, so the odds are not in their favor. This year could be different; LA could be better off taking a back-to-back pick in the second round or so than just having one selection in the first round. As Money said, you could have two starters immediately if you do it right.

Could this be a sign, Charger fans?
